RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We here at Travel Bug Co. want you to be in love with your purchase! At this time, Travel Bug Co. does not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or wrong item ordered. And because of our made-to-order custom printed production process, we do not and cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged item, the incorrect colour, or the wrong item, we will gladly ship out a replacement for you - no questions asked! We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is wanderful!  

 

THE PROCESS

If there is an issue with your order, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at hello@TravelBugCo.com prior to returning any items, quoting your order number and the nature of the issue. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with replacements are completely out of our control and Travel Bug Co. will not be held accountable. All we'll need is photo evidence of the damage/misprint/incorrect item and once we review the evidence we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If we can confirm your claim, all you'll need to do is return the product back to us and sit back and relax. Once received we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Travel Bug Co. We will not issue replacements on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

 

THE DETAILS

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with reception details once your return is processed, along with tracking details of the new order going out to you. Postage paid receipt to get the item back to us should be uploaded by the customer in order to receive reimbursement.

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will be held by us until either return postage back to the customer is paid or another agreement is reached, so please take due care when receiving your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
